The Objective of writing this book is to go deep into the core issues of conversion and reconversion in the tribal belt of kandhamal. A secondary objective is to try to give a different perspective to the identity crisis that the people ot this area have been facing. In his quest for a solution to the problem of conversion in the hinterland of kandhamal, he confronts many hurdles. These hurdles are emotional as the author is a permanent resident of orissa. He is a post graduate in physics from Utkal University. After formal education he joined indian airlines as an officer and is presently working as sr. Manager in Air India. Presently he has settled down in kolkata with his wife Ruby and two daughters Priyanka & Padmaja.
