About the Author
Professor Vikas Sharma is a well-acclaimed author of both Hindi and English novels. Also a poet and researcher, Professor Sharma is currently working as Professor and Head at the Department of English of Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut (U.P.). When not writing or teaching, you can easily find him discussing politics, literature and culture in a gathering or re-reading his favourite writers in isolation. His first novel ‘Raah ke Patthar’ themed around Hindu – Muslim Unity released in the year 2021 and was well received by the readers. He has sixty research papers published in international and national journals and twenty-six research scholars have successfully been awarded Ph.D. under his supervision. A member of editorial board of three international and national journals, Prof. Vikas Sharma has also published four anthologies titled ‘Epiphanies’ under his name. His other bestseller novels are: ‘Raah ke Patthar, Ideas And Events, I.A.S. Today, 498A: Fears and Dreams, Medicine: Light In Twilight, Ashes and Fire, Hope Against Hope, Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow, and Sana’. Professor Sharma’s book ‘Novel As An Art Form’ is useful for students, research scholars and teachers. His novels are prescribed in the syllabi of undergraduate and postgraduate classes of several universities and research is also being done on his novels.
