Shipping

  • We aim to dispatch your order within 7 business days.

Out-of-Stock Items

  • In the event that an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you promptly. You will have the option to:
    • Wait for the item to be restocked (we will provide an estimated restock date).
    • Choose a replacement item of equal or lesser value.
    • Cancel the out-of-stock item and receive a full refund for that item.

Returns and Replacements

  • We accept returns and cancellations only for unshipped orders.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it is not eligible for return or refund, but we offer replacements for damaged or defective items.
  • Due to the nature of digital content, ebooks and audiobooks are non-refundable and non-replaceable once downloaded or accessed.

Replacements

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange for a replacement.
