With this, the story of a 24 years old civil service aspirant, sanjay, hailing from a small village of bihar begins. He lives in christian colony, the hub of aspirants in North Delhi. Living among the aspirants of different cherished dreams, sanjay struggles over years, experiences the truth of youth struggle, the consequences of failures and the sweetness of success. Embroiling in whirlpool of poverty, family responsibility of three unmarried sisters after the sudden demise of father and continuous failure in civil service preliminary examination, sanjay continues his struggle working as an ATM guard. Finally, he creates a history in the civil service examination by achieving the highest rank in it.
