Bimal Chhajer (1899-1985) was an Indian scholar, writer, and educator. He was the founder of the Indian Institute of Education and Research and a prominent member of the Indian National Congress. Chhajer wrote numerous books on education, philosophy, and religion, as well as biographies of prominent personalities. He was also a strong advocate for the emancipation of women in India.
